Use Scheduling Assistant in Outlook

Finding a meeting time that works for everyone can be tricky—but Outlook’s Scheduling Assistant makes it easier.

Open Outlook and create a New Meeting

  • Add a title, attendees, location, and a brief agenda or context message.
  • Click Scheduling Assistant to see when everyone (and the room) is free
  • If it's hard to find a time, click AutoPick to let Outlook suggest one
  • Once you're happy with the time, click Send to book it

This helps make sure everyone can attend and avoid double bookings!
