Use Scheduling Assistant in Outlook
Finding a meeting time that works for everyone can be tricky—but Outlook’s Scheduling Assistant makes it easier.
Open Outlook and create a New Meeting
- Add a title, attendees, location, and a brief agenda or context message.
- Click Scheduling Assistant to see when everyone (and the room) is free
- If it's hard to find a time, click AutoPick to let Outlook suggest one
- Once you're happy with the time, click Send to book it
This helps make sure everyone can attend and avoid double bookings!
