Meeting Rooms
Kingborough Council has four meeting rooms fitted out for Teams meetings, so people in the room and people online can take part equally.

What is in each room
Each room has:
- A 65-inch screen
- Camera, microphone, and speakers
- A touchscreen on or near the table, to run the meeting
- A small display outside the room showing the room's bookings
- A plug-and-display dongle for showing your laptop screen
Book one
Add the room as the location when you create the meeting in Outlook. See Schedule a meeting and book a room.
For an unplanned meeting, you can also reserve a free room from the display outside it by using the display outside the room.
Once you are in the room
- Start the meeting - tap Join on the console.
- Show your laptop on the screen - Plug in the meeting display dongle.
- Change the camera view, volume, or layout - see Use the room console.
