Schedule a Teams Meeting
Stay in sync with scheduled Teams meetings, where you can collaborate with colleagues, present content, and much more.
- Open the Outlook desktop app
- Select Calendar
- Select New Meeting
- Optional: If you want to add a Teams room to the invite, select Location and double-click the meeting room(s) you want to invite
- Add meeting details and invite attendees
- Select Send

Note: If your meeting doesn't automatically add the Teams meeting join link to the meeting invitation, click the Teams Meeting button from the Outlook toolbar.
