Schedule a Teams Meeting

Stay in sync with scheduled Teams meetings, where you can collaborate with colleagues, present content, and much more.

  1. Open the Outlook desktop app
  2. Select Calendar
  3. Select New Meeting
  4. Optional: If you want to add a Teams room to the invite, select Location and double-click the meeting room(s) you want to invite
  5. Add meeting details and invite attendees
  6. Select Send

Note: If your meeting doesn't automatically add the Teams meeting join link to the meeting invitation, click the Teams Meeting button from the Outlook toolbar.
