Use the Room Console
The touchscreen on the meeting room table controls the meeting. It wakes up when it senses movement.
Your meeting will only appear on the console if the room was added as the meeting location. If it is not there, the organiser added the room as an attendee, or not at all. You can still join from your laptop and share to the screen with the meeting display dongle.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Join | Starts the meeting shown on screen |
| Mic | Mutes and unmutes the room microphone |
| Camera | Turns the room camera on and off |
| Volume | Adjusts the room speakers |
| Share content | Shares a connected laptop, or opens Microsoft Whiteboard |
| View | Changes the layout on the big screen |
| React | Raise a hand, or send a reaction |
| Leave | Ends the meeting for the room |
Mute and camera are the two you will reach for most. If remote attendees say they cannot hear the room, check the Mic control on the console first — muting the room is easy to do by accident when someone leans on the table.
