Join a Teams Meeting
You can join a Teams meeting from your computer, mobile, or Teams Meeting Room.
Join from a Computer or Mobile
Open your meeting invitation and select Join the meeting now to join the meeting on Teams for web or desktop.
The meeting will open in the Teams app or your web browser.
Note: If connecting from a mobile device, download the Teams app before the meeting if you don't already have it installed. It might take a minute or two, depending on your internet connection.
Join from a Meeting Room
You can instantly join a meeting from a Teams room with one touch if it has been added to the meeting invitation as a resource.
Tap the Join button on the in-room display screen.
