Ensuring notifications don't go to an old device
Adding Microsoft Authenticator to your new device doesn't automatically remove the app from your old device. Even deleting the app from your old device isn't enough. You'll both need to delete the app from your old device and then forget or unregister it. To remove the app from a device using your Kingborough Council work account, delete the device from the Security info portal.
