You can reach out to the Digital Experience team via the Help Hub or Email. Both contact methods are available 24/7 and will automatically log your request in our system. Once we receive your message, we’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Note: We aim to respond by the next business day. If your request is urgent or you need a faster response, please don't hesitate to escalate it at any time—we’re here to support you.
How to Send a Message through the Help Hub
To contact us through the Help Hub, click the Help button and select Send a Message. You’ll be prompted to enter your work email address, add a brief subject line describing your request, and share any additional details that might help us understand your situation, like context, steps you’ve taken, or screenshots.
Once you send your message, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your case number. If you need to add more information later, reply to that email — it will automatically update your case.
How to Send an Email for Help
If you prefer, you can email us directly at Help@kingborough.tas.gov.au. Regardless of how you contact us, your request is logged, tracked, and followed up on.
