Use the search bar at the top of any page. Suggestions appear as you type.

Search works best with a few plain words rather than a full sentence. Try 'reset password' rather than 'how do I go about resetting my password'. If you get nothing, try the name of the system  'Pathway', 'ECM', 'OneDrive'.

Tell us if an article helped

At the bottom of every article there is a Did this answer your question? rating.

A yes tells us the article is doing its job. A no flags it for review. We read them, and articles with repeated no ratings get rewritten.

Tell us what is missing

If you searched and came up empty, let us know. Send a message, and tell us what you were looking for.

We also review what people search for that returns no results, and we write articles to fill those gaps. Your search is not wasted even if you do not message us, but a message gets it fixed faster.
