Restore a Deleted File from a Network Share
If you've accidentally deleted a file from a shared drive like Plans (G:), GIS (H:), Apps (P:), or Shares (S:), don't worry—the Digital Experience team can help!
Note: If the file was deleted on the same day it was created, the Digital Experience team won't be able to recover it. Our backups run overnight.
There's no way to recover these files yourself, but the Digital Experience team can restore them for you.
To request a file recovery:
Click the Help button in the bottom-right corner of this page and use the Send a Message option. Please include the following details to help us find your file quickly:
- The file or folder name
- The location it was in (e.g. which drive and folder)
- The approximate date and time it was deleted
The Digital Experience team will take care of the rest and recover your file(s) from backup.
