Install Nitro PDF Pro

If you need to edit PDFs, you can request a Nitro PDF Pro subscription through the Digital Experience team. Once your subscription has been assigned, follow the steps below to install and activate the software.

Install Nitro PDF Pro

  1. Open the Start Menu and search for Company Portal
  2. Open the Company Portal app
  3. Select Settings
  4. Click Sync

Nitro PDF Pro will automatically install on your device. The installation process usually takes around 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Activate Nitro PDF Pro

  1. Open Nitro PDF Pro once the installation has finished
  2. Select Log in with browser
  3. Enter your work email address and password when prompted
  4. When prompted with the browser message, select: Allow links from static.gonitro.com
  5. Click Open

Nitro PDF Pro should now be ready to use.
