Content Not Displaying With Dongle

If you connect the meeting room dongle to your laptop and your presentation or application doesn’t appear on the main display, the issue is usually caused by Windows being set to Extend mode instead of Duplicate mode.

When this happens, the meeting room screen acts like a second monitor, so your content may only be visible on your laptop screen while the main display shows just the desktop background.

Quick Fix

  • Press: Windows key + P
  • Select: Duplicate

This mirrors your laptop screen to the meeting room display so both screens show the same content.
