Viewing PDFs from Edge Browser

ECM may sometimes not display PDFs via Edge browser correctly. To update your settings:

  • Open Microsoft Edge
  • Select the three dots in the top right
  • Choose Settings
  • In the search box, type PDF
  • Select PDF documents
  • Make sure Always download PDF files is switched off
  • Make sure PDF view settings is switched on

These settings allow PDFs to open directly in Edge.
