The AI Assistant is your 24/7 helper, ready to give you quick answers anytime. It uses trusted information from the Kingborough Council website and our Help Hub Docs to help you find what you need—whether it’s instructions, troubleshooting tips, or general advice.

How it Works

You can get started by opening the Help button (bottom right of this window) and choosing AI Assistant, then typing your question. AI Assistant will do its best to give you the correct information straight away.
