Connect to Wi-Fi

Staying connected is essential, whether you're using a Council-issued device or your personal phone. This guide explains how to connect both work and personal devices to the correct Wi-Fi network, allowing you to access the internet and Council systems quickly and securely. If you're ever unsure or need a hand, the Digital Experience team is here to help.

Work devices

Most Council laptops and mobile phones will automatically connect to the corporate Wi-Fi if they were set up with auto-connect enabled. If not, click on the KC-Corp network; it will connect without requiring any details.

Guest Wi-Fi

To connect a personal device, choose KC-Guest and enter Monday981 as the password. This network gives access to external systems (like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and web browsing) but not to internal systems such as Pathway, NAV, or ECM.

The Digital Experience team are working on a project to allow personal devices to connect using your Kingborough Council email address and password. Stay tuned for updates!
