Importing a KML File into Spectrum

To add a file into Spectrum, select the + (plus) in the top right, then choose Add files to map temporarily

The file should be a .kml

Adding in a .kml file may be part of annotation management, as described in Saving and Managing Annotations or from being given a .kml file by a third party.
