New Contractor Account
Initiate the Request
To request a new contractor (labour hire) account, please submit a request via the Help Hub with the following details.
Use the format below as a template (with a real example for reference):
Subject: New Contractor – Michael Park: Commences 27/05/2025
Hi team, Please create an account for Angie Everingham. - Commencement Date: 27/05/2025 - Manager: David Spinks - Department: People & Safety - Position Title: Manager People & Safety For access management, please replicate Nathan Tenaglia’s account.
What to include in your request
Please include the following details to help us set things up correctly:
Contractor Details:
- First name
- Last name
- Manager (who they report to)
- End date (when the account can be closed)
- Department
- Position title (if applicable)
Access Setup:
Access to replicate
Provide the name of an existing staff member whose access controls (e.g. network shares, Pathway, ECM) the contractor should match.
Office phone number required?
Let us know if they need a direct office number.
Equipment:
Indicate whether computer equipment is required (e.g. laptop, monitor, headset). We'll confirm availability or provide an estimated time and costs if ordering is needed. See Order a Device for information on our device offerings.
Lead Time
We need time to get everything in place. Please submit your request at least one week before the contractor starts. This helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth setup.
