Complete a Vehicle Booking

Vecom is the system we use at Kingborough Council to book fleet vehicles. Sometimes the Vecom icon might go missing from your computer. If that happens, you can easily reinstall it from the Company Portal.

• Click the Vecom icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select Bookings for completion
• Select the booking and click Complete
• Enter the Odometer Reading (on departure)
• Enter the Odometer Reading (on return)
• Click Okay
