Setup Secure Print

Secure Print lets you send your document to the printer, but it won’t print until you’re standing at the machine and confirm it’s yours. This keeps your information private and prevents others from accidentally accessing your documents.

Step 1: Select Secure Print on Your Computer

When you're ready to print:

1. Open your document (e.g. Word, PDF, etc.)
2. Click File > Print
3. In the list of printers, select Secure Print (or it may say Follow Me Print, depending on your setup)
4. Click Print

Your document is now saved safely in a print queue. It won’t print until you go to the printer and release it yourself.
